The Barge Maritime West whilst alongside at Batam Shipuard when we attending on board the ships for conduct a On Hire Condition Survey + Internal Tanks Inspection.

The  BG. MARITIME WEST is a steel pontoon barge of all steel welded construction with completed with steel stanchion, 26 sets deck stanchion each fitted Port and Starboard side 4 feet high, two skegs and provided with 6 set double bitt bollard each Port and Starboard side.
The barge was built at China on the 2006 under classification of American Bureau Shipping (ABS) registered.

Subject barge is designed with 30 void ballast tanks were inspected by us,  the internal tank condition was noted were found that the  tank was found empty & rusted, all side shell plates, bulkhead stiffener, vertical strut, bottom plate , bottom transverse, web frames, longitudinal and scantling noted in sound condition and no serious damaged of consequence found, but apparently still in good condition.
